- FAGE: TURNING AN OLD WORLD RECIPE INTO A NEW BUSINESS BOOM.
Fage came to the U.S. from Greece and set up as a small dairy producer in upstate New York, and the appetites of New Yorkers gave them a springboard to national growth. To support this growth, New York State gave Fage incentives worth over $1.5 million. As a result, Fage will be able to expand its U.S. operations, create and sustain nearly 300 jobs, and thereby continue its remarkable transformation from a small importer to a nationally-recognized leader in the yogurt industry.
Just one more example of how the new New York is providing generous incentives to help businesses grow.
